Warmer Weather

Since it was actually above freezing this morning, the kids and I went out for some fresh air. They helped me clean out the car, and pick up the trash that had flown out into the yard.Eli complained for quite a while, but eventually decided that being outside was fun after all, and they all played tag.

Fourth Annual Valentine's Weekend

Last weekend was our annual Valentine's Day surprise. This year was the girls' turn. Our first big surprise was adding another couple, our friends Bill and Melanie. Then we went to Omaha, and spent two nights in a bed & breakfast. On Saturday night we surprised the guys with tickets to The Phantom of the Opera. We had a great time, and they were very surprised!!!

We tried to eat dinner Saturday night at a cajun restaurant, Jazz, but we were so full from Big Fred's that we just nibbled a little.
